Role description

As a development consultant, your primary responsibility is to help our customer to develop bots and propose to them the best practices to create streamlined workflows. You will be in charge of surveying and understanding the client's need, designing an appropriate solution, and implementing it. It is also important for a development consultant to have analysis and problem-solving skills, in order to collaborate with the client to solve complex problems. Provide assistance with implementing suggested plans and strategies. Oversee and examine new strategy progress and development. Educate, lead and supervise members of the business development team to ensure the project's achievement.

You will have to work closely with our Producto and R&D team to propose improvements for our product in accordance with customer feedback.

Responsibilities:

  • Hold meetings with customers to discover the functional requirements for bots, define the scope and make the effort estimation.
  • Design and develop bots in accordance with customers' requirements and timelines.
  • Provide support to customers in the bots creation process, including answering technical questions, recommending best practices, and suggesting alternative workflows to meet customer needs.
  • Troubleshooting issues, and managing escalation to Product and R&D teams.
  • Suggest improvements and new features for the suite of products.
  • Collaboration with support engineers to provide solutions to highly complex requirements or when demo workflows are required.
  • Record and document all the information managed with the customer on confluence.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer technical support/development support positions.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in RPA is a plus.
  • Intermediate knowledge of JavaScript/Python is mandatory.
  • Strong Technical troubleshooting background.
  • Previous experience providing support or developing custom solutions in accordance with customers' requirements.
  • Ability to adopt a systematic approach towards identifying and then solving a problem at hand.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. C1
  • Strong work ethic with ability to work independently, prioritize manage work to meet the critical timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of cloud based ticketing tools such JIRA, Zendesk etc.
